our very first PA training session

今天下午，是PA今年的一次training。感觉自从月初的general meeting之后，很久没有集体活动了。这次大家还算给面子，出勤率也有60，70%了吧~ 不过，我们这届也算是很对得起他们了，直到现在才有第一次training，去年我们可是一周一次，到了2月底的时候talentime都已经开始连排了。

点名，然后samuel tan讲了一堆废话，就开始上课了。我实在不想用training这个词，因为的确只是上课而已。先是sound，然后light。先是一两个人睡觉，然后是一两排人睡觉。要是有椅子和桌子，我很有可能一起睡。

后来吃过晚饭，终于开始正式的hand on。虽然好像很多人都已经累了，不是很能提起精神，不过engaged的人还是比上课的时候多了不少，还算有点安慰吧。

最后弄完所有东西，samuel tan问我们有什么看法。我便把我对上课的不满表达出来了，我说我们可以先让juniors有hand on，然后再讲theory，要不然会像今天这样很多人睡觉。可是好像他不是很同意我的话，于是我说as all the juniors r not very professional yet, they are just like primary students. when we were in primary school, we were only told what to do, but not why we do it. so why did we teach them the theory first? later if they have questions abt why they need to do the thing in such way, they can come and ask us lor.

可是，很多时候，我们知道怎么做了之后，就会懒得去问为什么要这么做。也许这就是为什么samuel tan想让junior从一开始就学习theory的初衷吧。
