This week is really busy and exhausting. Though i played dota and surfed net to neutralise all the pressures, i still feel the invisible burden seems like invincible.
Monday night, i finished the incomplete Kinetics Chap 10 tutorial with "reference" to the top maths student... in my room.
Tuesday evening, i went to NUH to earn my 25 dollars though i haven't really get them yet. When i finished my dinner at KAP, returned, had a shower and had a web call with my family as scheduled, it almost 10 o'clock. Then, i started writing my PA investiture speech, which cost me about 1 hour, during which wyf tempted me to eat insalubrious instant noodle. Finally, i began to write an essay, Mrs Khoo's assignment due the following day, at 1140, and complete it at 1210. Half an hour only, omg...
Wednsday night, i did Stats Chap 5/6 tutorial, followed by the preparation of the speech in the next day.
Thursday is planned to for relaxing. However, it did not turn out to be like that. I slept until 8 then did Maths S paper assignment subsequently.
If I was only doing the work I mentioned above, it should be considered as busy, or exhausting. The more formidable work is university research, for me, to be specific, liberal arts college research. From Tuesday to Wednesday, I spent one and a half hours on it on average. And the most dismal thing was that it appeared I made little advancement in my research. So sad…
Friday evening is scheduled as our class’ sports evening. It starts with only few people. Nevertheless, the number of people is accruing, which made the badminton rackets insufficient. Anyway, that evening was fruitful, even though I do not think I manage to lose much weight/P
On Saturday, we hwachong scholars had a presentation and interview skill workshop organized by a company named 'Perform@International'. The morning session was quite boring, as it mostly consists of theories, except for two entertaining video clips. In the afternoon, we were required to dress as if we were going for an interview. I felt really uncomfortable with that, especially the leather shoes, because they were laggy's, whose feet are definitely smaller than mine. Now I realised how painful when Chinese girls had to wrap their feet in the teenage. Nevertheless, the afternoon session appealed to me. We firstly had an etiquette and grooming training course, followed by a mock interview. I was lucky that I became the second interviewee as most people behind me had to be interviewed in group due to time constraint. I spent almost four fifth of time arguing with the interviewers whether using 'passion' to describe my intended job was correct. And after the interview, I was convinced that it was better if I could use 'interest' instead.
At night, I planned to watch a movie, whatever movie in my computer or portable hard disk. I know before that I had better have a nap first, otherwise I would feel lethargic while watching movies. I usually had my nap on laggy's bed. However, at 1920, he was sleeping also. As a result, I had no choice but sleep on my own bed. This taught me a lesson?do not nap on my own bed, until I really want to sleep for the whole night. The next moment I was awake, I grabbed my hand phone beside my pillow, it showed 0334. I knew I missed my movie, so I slept again until 0720, a exactly 12-hour sleep.
